Terms of Service

In case of any conflict between this English version and the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, subscriptions and agreements with JetUp. By creating an account you accept these terms.

3. Subscription, prices and VAT

All prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Dutch customers pay 21% VAT on top. EU B2B with valid VAT number gets reverse charge (0%). Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancellation.

4. Payment

Payment via Stripe - first payment by iDEAL or card, subsequent months via SEPA Direct Debit or chosen card. On failed payment, access is suspended until paid.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is immediate via your dashboard or by emailing hello@jetup.nl. The current month finishes; renewal stops. Already invoiced months are not refunded. Mid-month upgrades are prorated by Stripe.

6. Credits

Credits reset on each renewal to plan total plus add-ons. Unused credits expire at month-end. Add-ons can be added or stopped any time.

7. Acceptable use

Customer does not use the Service for:

Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

8. AI Output disclaimer

Output is generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Replicate). These models can produce factually incorrect, incomplete or biased results. Customer is responsible for:

JetUp gives no warranty on factual accuracy, fitness for purpose, or third-party rights for Output.

9. Intellectual property

Customer owns its Input and Output. JetUp owns the platform, source code, design and brand. JetUp may use anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

10. Liability

JetUp's liability per event is limited to the amount Customer paid in the month before the event. JetUp is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party data loss, or AI-Output damages. Limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

11. Availability

JetUp aims for maximum uptime but offers no SLA on Standard or Pro plans. Maintenance is announced where possible. Outages at third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, AI models) are outside our control.

12. Term changes

JetUp may amend these terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

13. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the District Court of Noord-Holland, Alkmaar location - unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
