Where is my data stored? +
Account, content and metadata live on EU servers (Supabase Ireland, Vercel EU edge, Stripe EU). For AI output, prompts go to US model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Replicate). That data falls under their terms.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancellation stops auto-renewal. The current month finishes, then no more charges. No refunds for already billed periods.
Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT? +
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Dutch customers pay 21% VAT on top. EU B2B with a valid VAT number gets reverse charge (0%, VAT shifted).
How do credits work? +
Every AI action costs credits depending on the model and task. You get a fixed amount per month with your plan. Out is out, or buy a 500-credit add-on per month.
How fast can I get started? +
Account setup takes 2 minutes, then a 10-question business intake (5 to 10 min). Right after, your AI team is operational with your context.
Do I get support in Dutch? +
Yes. Email support (Starter), priority (Pro) or dedicated (Business). Always within one business day.
Can I have custom modules built? +
Yes, on the Business plan. Email us your use case. We'll build a custom agent or automation and deploy it to your workspace.
How safe is my business data? +
Multi-tenant isolation via Supabase Row-Level Security, EU servers, SSL everywhere, payments via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Only your team sees your data.
